1Product Introduction
The KH-HZD integrated vibration transmitter integrates traditional vibration sensors and precision measurement circuits to achieve a high-precision vibration measurement system. This product can be directly connected to PLC, DCS and other systems for use. Integrated vibration transmitters are mainly installed on the bearing covers of various rotating mechanical devices (such as turbines, compressors, motors, fans, and pumps), and can measure vibration velocity or amplitude. It is a transmitter that generates output signals by cutting magnetic field lines with a moving coil, so it only needs to be powered by DC24V during operation, and is easy to install and maintain. It has been widely used in power plants, cement plants, machinery plants, fan plants, coal mine machinery, etc. Mainly used for early diagnosis of faults in rotating machinery or laboratory improvement of products to provide improvement basis, preparing enterprises for maintenance in advance, reducing the occurrence of accident hazards, and improving work efficiency!

3、 Installation

3.1 Installation location:Install vertically or horizontally on the tested vibration point, fix the sensor bottom M8 × 1.25 screw (M20 × 1.5 welded nut) on the tested housing, and then tighten the sensor on top.
3.2 Installation dimensions and specifications:Referring to Figure 1, if the installation location of the transmitter is subject to erosion from high temperature steam or other substances, protective measures should be taken to reduce the ambient temperature of the transmitter. Generally, no protection is required.
3.3 Wiring Instructions:The red (brown) wire is connected to the positive terminal of the DC24V power supply, and the blue wire is connected to the negative terminal of the DC24V power supply. At the same time, the red and blue wires are also 4-20mA output leads. The connecting wires require good insulation performance and use two core shielded cables. One end of the shielding layer of the cable is connected to the outer shell, and the other end is grounded. As shown in Figure 1:
